Game night at Kimberly’s

Friday, 7 PM until midnight (regardless of what Facebook says. For some reason it keeps changing the time. ?!!).

This is Kimberly Waddle’s last chance to host a party for us before she leaves for Taiwan. Everyone come over and let’s have some fun and send Kimberly off with some memories. 🙂

Please bring a snack and a drink to share (whatever you like).

Please also bring your favorite game too.

We will have one or two but we could certainly have more.

If you have Cards Against Humanity, please bring it! 🙂

We hope to see you there!

Gary Morris is a certified Cuddle Party™ facilitator and a professional one on one cuddler certified with Cuddlist™. Come join us for an evening and experience the phenomenon that is Cuddle Party.

What is a Cuddle Party? Find more information on my site –> https://morrismenage.com/what-is-a-cuddle-party/

In short, a Cuddle party is a non sexual event with about a one hour workshop on boundaries and communication followed by 2 – 2 1/2 hours (depending on the event) of platonic Cuddle time. You never have to cuddle with anyone you don’t want to, ever. They are a wonderful way to experience platonic touch in a controlled environment.

Here is a short video on what Cuddle Parties are about:

At a Cuddle Party you gain:

* Clarity and confidence

* Boundary and communication skills

* Comfort, support and encouragement

* The secrets to welcome, relaxed, non-sexual touch

* Possibly an Oxytocin boost (depending on if you cuddle).

The skills you learn at Cuddle Party translate into every day life, right from the start. When boundaries and consent are clear, every relationship is easier.

********************************** Important information about my Cuddle Parties ***************************************
*** !!! SCENTS – Allergies/Sensitivity notice: PLEASE be as scent free as possible, many people are very sensitive or have allergies to scents and chemicals. It’s called MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, it is a medical condition.) and it is more common than ever before. I CAN NOT OVER EMPHASIZE THIS. If you forget, you WILL be asked to leave and no refund will be given. It can be detrimental to people’s health, even require hospitalization for those who are more sensitive or who have MCS. We are in an enclosed space with a lot of people and scents can overpower the space quickly. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

No smoking (E-cigs or tobacco), anywhere on premises.

FLUFF!! – Please bring comfortable stuff to cuddle on, for example fluffy blankets, sleeping bags and pillows. No one likes to cuddle on a hard floor. 😉

PJ’s – Rule #1 of Cuddle Party is Clothes stay on the entire time so wear comfortable clothes, PJs or sweats are ideal, for cuddling. You can change here if you need to.

SNACKS – please bring a snack to share, and whatever you want to drink (no alcohol). We will have some finger foods and plenty of filtered water to drink.

TICKETS – We have limited space and ticket sales will end once we have reached the max number of people but you can get on the waiting list. Your ticket reserves your spot. Tickets are non-refundable (we are holding a space for you, if you don’t show that keeps someone else from attending). But you can transfer them to someone else to attend in your place with at least three days notice (we need 3 days notice because instructions and address of the event go out 48 hour before the event and Eventbrite needs time to adjust the destination of the notice). You can do this in Eventbrite.

You may pay $25 ($27 credit/debit) at the door by choosing the “Pay at the door” ticket. By getting your ticket now, you will be saving $5. Please contact me if finances prevent you from attending. I believe everyone should have access to Cuddle Party and we always have a few “Work Exchange” tickets available (We always need help with setup, check in, cleanup, etc..).

LOCATION will be sent to ticket holders 2 days before the event (please don’t ask for the address before the event. General location is always noted somewhere on the event page.)

PROMPTNESS – PLEASE BE ON TIME: Make certain to account FOR TRAFFIC AND PARKING.

Absolutely no admittance after the Workshop has begun (doors close at posted time of event start), if you find you are running late, please call Gary at 903.218.4823 . Doors open and you may arrive up to 30 minutes before posted event time.

You are, of course, free to leave at any time but everyone attending has to be there from the start so we all have the same agreements and understandings. This creates a safe place where everyone hears the same rules and understands what is expected.

NON-SEXUAL! – Cuddle Party is a non-sexual event!

Some people are already comfortable with touch and can’t wait to be in a place where that’s OK. Others are not even sure they want any touch at all, but come to explore some communication skills. Others are just curious about what it might be like. Whatever your reasons, a Cuddle Party is a great playground for discovering more about yourself, for exploring new ways of connecting with others, or simply enjoying a relaxing, cozy evening with other cuddly souls.

Most Cuddle Parties (unless otherwise specified) include both women and men of all ages, and are held at private residences in and around the metroplex as well as in Quinlan. They last about 3 – 3 ½ hours. Sometimes I host parties for particular groups, like women/men only, or teens.

I look forward to seeing you there! 🙂
